Heart work and The Family Tree
Althought the world seems connected,- it is connecetd mostly by technology. This often leaves a void in family relationships. The birth of a baby and the growth of a mother need a tender touch and personal connection. Your birth doula can provide this for you.
As a native Floridian, I returned last year to Orlando from Dallas,TX where I was a Dallas Doula and Childbirth Educator. I am the proud mother of three grown children who came into the world by natural childbirth.
My iniatial introduction to the doula world started in Miami where I volunteered at Saint Vincents home for unwed mothers as a birth doula and teaching childbirth classes.
My previous work experience includes seven years at a major Orlando hospital in urgent care.
I attened Americare School of Nursing and received my Childbirth Educator and Doula certification from Aviva Institute of Midwifery. Also, I am a third degree Reiki Master/ Teacher.
I work with Heart2Heart Birth Center as a birth assistant, birth doula and postpartum
doula and childbirth educator.
As a doula, I consider it an honor to share in the "miracle of birth" and the period of
time surrounding it.
I accept private clients for birth doula,postpartum doula childbirth education as well as Reiki sessions and classes. These services are available at your home my office in Lake Mary, and at Heart2Heart Birth Center.
I am happy to attend births at hospitals,homes or birth centers.
